What an amazing trip, we had such a good time in Victoria but the easy booking and amazing service from the property manager Tara made it even better. Any concerns we had, Tara was quick to answer and resolve. Haven't had hospitality services that good in a long time. We will absolutely be going back!

My experience renting with Victoria Stays has been nothing short of amazing! Tara goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are well taken care of and happy, and she was honestly SUCH a saving grace for me and my dogs when we were in a rather tough living situation prior to moving here. She truly cares about her tenants and will go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied. She’s hands down my favourite landlord I’ve ever had and I truly mean that lol. Most of the places I looked at before moving here had creepy “slumlords” or the properties were not taken care of whatsoever and wayyy over priced. The building managers and other tenants here are also wonderful, and the location is absolutely beautiful which is just the cherry on top! I love my cute little apartment so much, it definitely feels like home. 😊

This is the best rental apartment I’ve ever stayed at. Quality apartments that are all updated and modern. The manager of the apartments is a most amazing human being who is incredibly helpful at any time and does everything she can to make my stay here perfect. 20/10!

Horrible experience renting from Victoria stays. The apartment complex they have in Lake Cowichan is infested with silverfish bugs and after we tried to get the situation resolved by getting pest control to come in before we moved in, they refused and have barely been communicating since. We will not be moving in there and have not received our security deposit back. Not to mention EXTREMELY overpriced, a cheap renovation job and unclean. Do not rent from them.

My experience with Victoria stays has been horrible, when trying to rent a place from them they assured me that the rental was clean and move in ready, upon inspection the unit contained silverfish and were told that silverfish are “normal” within a home. Overall my experience with the staff has not been pleasant, renter beware!
