CD was our tour guide and was awesome. I really appreciated his own personal experience both of us coming from the same area( well close) he's from Ohio and us from Pittsburgh. He was able to provide a more personal tour.

The customer service at Get Your Guide is top notch. I made a mistake with my booking and the customer service team worked with me to resolve it quickly and positively. The Vox City Walks guide, Catherine, was friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us a lot of history behind Niagara Falls and was very friendly and focused on the needs of our group. I highly recommend Vox City Walks and Get Your Guide.

Great tour! Our guide, Carl, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even waited on us 10+ minutes after our scheduled tour time, which we really appreciated. Overall we learned alot, got some great pictures, and left with some lovely literature and poetry to reflect on.

Lynn Champagne was an amazing tour guide! She had great responses to our questions and is very knowledgeable about the history of the falls. I learned so much on the tour guide, and definitely recommend for others.

Our activity went wrong as we planned it due to a circumstance of the number of people who were unable to attend. We were supposed to be 6 of us , but ended up with just 3. It wasn’t the fault of the organizers but our fault. We still have 3 unused tickets for this activity. Thought, the checking, the help that we got from the staff and the fast checking was really good. We enjoyed our tour and we plan to go back…good job!

Not worth it for Niagara visit...While the company is very professional and responsive I found the requirement of having to print a physical ticket an enormous inconvenience. Traveling from abroad and staying in an AirBnB I had to "hunt down" a printer that was open on a Sunday which added an additional hour to my day. Once I arrived in Niagara there were so many people and so much confusion at the Table Rock Center from where the tours departed that I never did find the VOX city guide and the people working the "Journey Behind the Falls" just let us into their own tour (which our VOX ticket included but was 1/3 less based on price listings).

I was not pleased with my trip experience and would not use them again.

Well we arrived for 1:00 yet the guide was not to be found. Never had the tour. Only was able to do the journey behind the falls on our own. What a waste!
