We just returned from an unforgettable trip to Cuba, and we owe a huge thank you to our travel agency for organizing everything so seamlessly. From start to finish, the service was truly exceptional.

The agency took care of every detail — flights, transfers, hotel booking at Gran Muthu Almirante Beach, and even travel insurance. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! They were always responsive, professional, and attentive to our needs, whether it was choosing the right family-friendly resort or helping us with travel documents and local tips.

They listened carefully to what we wanted (relaxation, family time, beach access, and comfort), and delivered exactly what we hoped for — and more. Our kids had a blast, and we were able to fully enjoy the experience knowing everything had been thoughtfully arranged.

We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again and highly recommend their services to anyone planning a trip to Cuba or anywhere else. Five stars without a doubt!

I was a last minute (like days before departure) to an organized group. I was welcomed and accommodated. I will even say that Anne (from Grand Escapades) went out of her way personally to ensure that my trip would be nothing short of amazing, despite my last minute disruption to the original plan. This was a WONDERFULLY organized trip that shows all the facets of Morocco. It was entertaining, engaging and we were treated like royalty.
