What a wonderful afternoon with our tour guide, Bruce! First, he was available to take us out this late in the season when others were “no I’m done for the season”. But best is he was pleasant, knowledgeable, conversational but not overly, and had many local and historical stories to tell! Totally worth the money and I highly recommend (I rarely give 5 stars).

What an incredible experience. This tour was beyond my expectations. I booked very last minute and ended up booking a private tour since it was a Monday and I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to see the park from the water. Especially from a local’s perspective. Just the right amount of history and personal stories to create such an engaging tour. Thank you Bruce for sharing the morning with me. The eagles nest and hearing them talking to each other was beyond special. I will dream of coming back for a full moon boat ride or the next meteor shower event. Highly recommend this tour. You won’t be disappointed.

2024-06-21 sunset tour - had a great time with Bruce. Very knowledgeable about the area and Rainy lake. Did a tour with the national park earlier in the day and this was much better. The smaller boat allows you to get into areas that the larger pontoon can’t get to. Saw some beavers, loons and bald eagles on the tour. Had a great time!

We highly recommend Bruce with Rainy lake guide service. He was able to accommodate our last minute reservation when others couldn't. We had 5 hours of fun. He took us through the Voyageurs National park. He was very knowledgeable and gave us the best experience we could've had. We had plenty of time to admire the views, watch the birds, take lots of photos. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Not only are you gonna catch your limit but your also gonna hear about some history on rainy lake & through the national park We really enjoyed our time with him. Thank you for a good time.

Amazing trip with captain Bruce. The scenery up here is seriously unbeatable. Bruce has a great sense of humor and will take you to all the beautiful spots. Absolutely worth the trip up to voyagers.

Bruce is the best boat tour guide anyone could hope for. He's both personable and knowledgeable of the area and the stars of the sky. We were very fortunate to have a clear night and a new moon. Star gazing was at its best. We also saw several shooting stars. My husband and I would highly recommend choosing Bruce as your guide for any type of boat tour. Thank you Bruce for a memorable night

Bruce was very knowledgeable and provided us with a fantastic night sky experience. He was friendly and helpful, sharing his deep insights into the park, the history of the area and personal stories that made our evening really fun. Going out on the lake at night was incredible, seeing the stars and experiencing the silence brought us a deeper connection to this beautiful national park.
