I was working with Voyago Schools Division recently and I have to say the experience I had was absolutely great! The work atmosphere and fellow staff always have a kind word. I see smiles on my co-workers faces all the time. I loved working with Voyago and wish I could have transferred to my new area. The training department was great and walked you through the process of getting your bus license (big yellow or wheelchair). I am a better and calmer driver after going through their in house training program. I can't thank the training team or dispatchers enough, they have made my time at Voyago so enjoyable. I liked going into work for a change. I'm going to miss my kids and co-workers, very rewarding experience. Thank you all at Voyago. It really is a great place to work!

Use this service with my dad. Second time 30 minutes past pick up time and I book 30-45 minutes before the actual appointment time to allow for traffic and potentially slower moving more complex riders. No notification that driver will be late and when I call I get attitude from the dispatch team saying they don’t call to notify drivers will run late. I’ve also had to cancel an appointment for my dad because they wouldn’t let him on with a transport chair even though he had been let on previously 4 times with another driver. Why provide a service when no one cares and there’s no consideration for those who have to use this service. I’ve gotten maybe 1 good and safe driver. The rest seem like they got picked up on the side of road and offered a job with no training or experience. London do better.

The worst service I ever seen, they drop my dad for a mri at 7:30 am and he was done by 8:30, and it’s 12 o’clock and we still here waiting for them to pick him up..I wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy , never again !
He needs to take medication and I.V at 11 o’clock for his brain cancer and they can care less. , not to mention that we paid almost 400 bucks for this service!!

Poor, unfair, dishonest billing practice. Who overcharges before an actual service is provided? even lawyers charge only a retainer. No allowances given for normal delays. It seems like they can be late, but not the client.
The booking office charged an overestimated amount on my credit card before the service, just in the event there is a delay on our part. We had a companion to make note of the times. The transport team was late.The times of arrival and drop off noted by the companion did not match the transport team.The reason was "traffic". They charged more time than the actual time the trip took.They did not have to wait as I specifically alerted the staff not to be late as it will cost us a ridiculous amount. This billing practice only serves them. While we understand that there is little control on traffic, they should also understand that staff in hospital cannot stand there and wait for their arrival, especially when they are late. Allowances should be given to normal delays. I can understand long delays.
I disputed the charge, then they corrected the overcharge. I will never use this company again now that I know there are alternatives. At the time the hospital only gave us their number. It seems they have monopoly. After this we used a different company that charged a flat fee.

No person who is living in long-term care and in wheelchair should ever be told there’s a 3 hour wait for a return pickup after attending a medical app’t at the hospital. After reading some of the other Google reviews, it seems there is an overall “low quality of driver” issue that remains unaddressed. We will not be using this company again.
