I had a fantastic experience with Wapiti Taxi. The driver was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. The vehicle was clean and there was no smell and have water in the car. The ride was smooth. I appreciate the efficient service, fair pricing and the drivers professionalism. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable transportation in Grande prairie. Will definitely be using their service again.

They're not my main ride service But I do thoroughly enjoy their service. They've been promoting by giving discounts. Which is lovely. They also have a text service that notifies you of your taxi's ETA. And I've taken notice that they take a shorter time to pick you up than other taxi services most times.

Worst cab company in grande prairie, they ripped of my son for my money.
Said they would give a flat rate and then charged more then what was agreed upon. When you try to reach out to the manger to see what can be done he gets threatened.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAB COMPANY!!

Worst cab company ever! Read the reviews and listen.
Two experinces with them and being new to The area I have now learnt to find another company or drive myself.
First experience they are lucky my flight was delayed, they were late to pick me up and dropped me off at the airport when I was supposed to be flying out.
Second experience was this morning. I called last night to pre order my cab so it would not be late! They were late, called dispatch who is extremely unprofessional when picking up, they told me they would try and locate my car and call me back. Ended up not calling me back, after 25 minutes of them still not arriving I called again , he picked up and as I was talking he told me he can't do anything and hung up on me. Called him back again to see if I should be ordering another cab or driving myself, he refused to pick up but would text me? Cab ended up arriving 35 minutes late. Cab driver then sat and argued me with, showed me phone history and texts from his dispatch. Asked him twice to get off his phone while driving me.
Don't use this company!! Extremely rude and unprofessional.
