Unbelievable family Joan, Doug and Corey and so dedicated, helpful, knowledgable, patient and nice. My full suspension Marin mountain bike is excellent quality and is even better to me than how great people say it is. I highly recommend this amazing bike from California for its decent components and value for how well it compares to more expensive brands. It is perfect as it kinda floats along and is very popular the Marin Rift Zone, it has awesome reviews by so many other folks and companies on Google and YouTube. Thanks Waterloo Bike Shop also on quality components like an excellent dropper post, other accessories and price especially since I bought the bike there. If you do buy a bike they will tune it up for free every year if you take it in to them in the off season consistently. Unreal business that was fun thanks again see you soon!

I tried to buy an used bike from them. On facebook marketplace, they didn’t mention that it had some scratches, and also had a broken front light. I found it out when I came to the shop. If mentioned all those defects, it could have saved my time. She got mad when I said no, saying I should go and buy a new one. I was about to take a look other stuff in the bike shop, but with that rude attitude, I left right away and won’t come back again.
BTW, I bought a new bike from Sportchek.

Wonderful experience. New bike for my wife. An around town sit up tall, classic cruiser with removable basket (sold separately). They were easy to work with and knowledgeable. The store has all the basic needs of most riders. Kudos

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. My partner booked a service for a mountain bike thinking it needed a lot of work, so she booked the most expensive service option. The staff here worked on the bike and determined the level of service that was initially booked was not required. They only did what was necessary and charged accordingly, saving us a ton of money. Great family owned shop that is not trying to rip anyone off. Would recommend this bike shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to buy or fix their bike. Will definitely be returning!

I had to get a new set of tires and brakes. They helped a lot with choosing the parts and my bike now feels so much better with the new tires. They also adjusted my gears on short notice. Fair price and outstanding service. Friendly family run business and I highly recommend.

Great service and assistance from the shop. I came in to install new bar tape and they were able to put it on after recommending me a cost-effective option in 15 minutes. Really appreciated the friendly chat and accommodation. Other shops in Toronto or other cities wouldn't turn around an install like this so quickly, so I really appreciated their help!
