I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room tidy throughout my stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay, and I would happily return again.

Excellent! Property was very clean. Our room was amazing! Clean, kitchenette, and an amazing view overlooking the water and ferry. We loved having our morning coffee and watching all the boats/people. We travelled with friends who also had their own room, and were equally impressed. It was so nice we both extended our stay an extra night. Right next to the strip of stores. Great location. | As meticulous as the property was, it’s the staff that really push this place into a 5* rating. From the front desk, ti the cleaners etc. the staff was so friendly and gracious. They actually made you feel like they truly appreciated your business. We recommend and hope to stay here again next year when we visit.

The sunniest hotel room I've ever had. The staff have a sunny disposition too.
Older building with up-to-date renovations in the rooms. Nicely laid out and light and bright. A stone's throw from the ferry terminal. Looking forward to staying the week.

A newly renovated hotel but nice even though it was a bit tiny we were upgraded to a full view of the ferries coming in & leaving, was super cool! No elevator though so if you can't do stairs you will have to request the first floor! Staff were very nice and friendly!

Stayed for one night in late September 2025.
Arrived 30 mins early and was not permitted to check in as housekeeping was cleaning room.
When we did get our room there was an odour that was hard to define. Later that night when we went to go to sleep we turned back the bed to find that there was hair on the bedsheet from previous guests.
We called the reception who immediately changed all the bedding informing us that they were short staffed due to sickness in housekeeping department, can assume that shortcuts were taken to get room ready.
Overall the room was okay had a great shower room okay for a short stay, obviously would have graded lower if there was an option for cleanliness.

New, modern, and beautifully maintained! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are spotless and stylish, with great attention to detail. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

The room was clean and the staff are friendly. I would not recommend the hotel though if you are trying to sleep. The hotel in situated right after the ferry unloads and on the edge of the busiest road. All you can hear is traffic all night. Very poor insulation for sound.
