Wave Taxi has been my favorite Taxi service for 7 years and have never had any problems with the drivers and I have never had to wait long and it is always the wait time i was told from the driver. Highly Recommended

Just experienced them leave an old guy at the side of the road in the rain. Didn’t ask him for a green number. Watched them speed through Zephyr over the speed limit. Lady on phone then basically told me she doesn’t know how to find her drivers and to f myself. I gave the fella a blanket and a hot coffee and sat with him by the road. Thank god we were able to find a way to get him the 15 min drive home. I’m shocked that this business exists. I’m so sad.

On Friday April 5th I had to rush to Southlake in Newmarket ...... Car wouldnt start......called Wave but no answer.....BUT....less the a minute later I got a call back. She listened and told me she would handle it herself. 2 minutes later I was on my way. I feel terrible that I didnt get your name but wanted to say thank you so much. You did the company proud. If i ever need a cab again.......Wave is my first call. Ty

Service was fine.....once they finally located the address. Their GPS system needs to be updated. Used them twice in 1 night and both times the driver took a very long time to find the location (even passed by the address 5 times looking for it). It is country land but come on.

I must say the lovely lady i had drive me home just now was so great. I was in a situatio nand when the cabbie arrived I felt like I had nothing to worry about. This company provided more than just a ride. She was kind, funny, and absolutely awsome. I was also able to pre-book another cab for the AM. Thank you so very much. What a better ending to a very hectic night.....

The past four times I've called them they have given me a time estimate of between 5-15 minutes then preceded to be 10-20 minutes later than their estimate. If I wanted to be late to something I would've just taken the bus, I usually only call taxi's as a last resort. Most of their drivers are amazingly nice on the bright side. But if it's going to take a longer time to pick someone up just tell them.

Called yesterday for a cab. The dispatcher said one driver was in Toronto and wasn't sure where the other one was. He said he would find out and call me right back. I'm still waiting for the call-back. Business must be great if you can afford to disrespect a potential new client's time and not bother with the inconvenience of common courtesy.

When I hadn’t heard back from Wave, I called Georgina Taxi and a cab arrived at my door within 10 minutes. The driver was courteous and professional and drove me to my destination via the most direct route.
