Rooms are clean but outdated, they treat you incredibly good here, if the location was better and the rooms were a bit more modern this would easily be 5 out of 5

Desk staff were very friendly and rooms very clean. A working pool/hot tub would have been nice but the fireplace made up for it!

The cleaning staff doesn’t adhere to the do not disturb sign hung on the door. In my two week stay here, my belongings have been rearranged 4 times now. Even after asking front desk to get them to leave my stuff alone. When I left for work today I forgot $80 worth of lottery ticket purchases on my table, got off work, entered my room to find that they were gone. Don’t trust your valuables here at all!!!

The rooms were very clean, and comfortable. The room had a jacuzzi, kitchenette, and a fireplace. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Our first time staying at this motel. I discovered the management is new. They're doing a fantastic job keeping guests happy.

When I booked a room here I thought I was going to be staying in an affordable but very nice place as most Western Budgets are. Boy was I ever wrong!!! This place is a dump!! I had to stay there for a week due to no other rooms available anywhere. The housekeeping staff are unbelievably lazy. My first morning there I spilt some coffee on the table where the coffee pot is and a week later the spilt coffee was still there. They would not even clean the coffee pot. Makes me wonder if they even changed the sheets before I got there. There was never any hot water at night for a shower, old TV's that I think have been around for 20 years, and Internet worked if you held your mouth right. I would NOT recommend this dump to anyone!!

We got a room with a kitchenette and a Jacuzzi for 119 per night. We stayed two nights. ||Since they werent busy they gave us late check out no extra charge. ||The jacuzzi is one of the nicest I've been in. Raised platform and surrounded by mirrors. Even complimentary bath bomb!||I've never slept so well while staying in a hotel. ||And I'll definitely be back and look for this chain anywhere I stay. ||Loved our experience.
