Went to the city to go to the races, the hotel was in a perfect location, not too loud and close to the tracks. Room was awesome and clean, including the jacuzzi which I was worried about but was perfectly clean. Manager was also very kind and polite, helped us out very quickly when we lost our key outside of lobby hours in a panic

I'm really surprised. Nicely renovated, better than most hotels in edmonton for housekeeping, let see how long it lasts. Hotel ownership nowadays is not what it used to be.
AC is too small for the room size, so probably not ideal for hot summer days.
They advertise weekly rates, but they dont have it.

Management is a complete joke. super disrespectful and not to mention they billed my card and charged my credit card $130 for a stay even though I canceled my reservation way before the date of reservation. So not only is management stealing from customers their extremely rude and disrespectful. I'll make sure nobody I know and myself included stays with western budget in Leduc.

Upon arrival noticed some renovations , ok fine , then woke up at 7 to construction noise , went for shower n no water, was night before. Thinking maybe the hotel could have informed me there be no water in am, no continental breakfast either. But my point flying on a plane , with out shower is not cool .

House keeping is amazing absolutely friendly but management is absolutely horrible I just stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and the manager is absolutely rude she doesn't help you with what you need. With out an attitude Overcharges Doesn't let the kids play with toy In the pool and one of the front desk ladies kicked us out of a day early because they double booked our room and didn't even try to Accommodate us in any way. Just said too bad. There's nothing I can do

We recently stayed here with family (4 kids in total) in the suite rooms. Each room had two bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. This setup made it so easy to put the kids to bed while the parents could socialize in the living room without disturbing the kids. It was basically like a 2 bedroom condo and would be hard going back to a single living space style hotel. It was just so nice having a separate room for the kids!

The staff was also amazing and were always willing to provide any necessities we needed.

If you're travelling with little ones and want to have a relaxing night, this is the place to stay!

Customers beware ! Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel/Motel . When staff makes an error there is zero accountability. The GM will even belittle you to make you feel like it's your fault their staff made an error . The upper management are Crooks and Bullies Watch your credit cards and receipts . I requested copies of the forms we signed at check in and seems like I will have a hard time receiving them . I booked online and our booking was messed up at time of check in my friends room had not been cleaned so she refused to stay in it she requested a cleaning log and was refused the cleaning log . They give refunds to one credit card then charge another persons card 6 days later . Apparantly it is acceptable to have paying customers sleep in whatever conditions they supply if it's not 24 hours notice that you do not want a dirty room you are out of luck. Consumer complaints will love all the receipts and documentation I have from the mess the staff made of the financial transactions along with the threat of collections from the GM even though they already charged my card .
