Had a pretty decent experience here, room was very large and the fireplace was nice especially when it got chilly out. Wifi was a bit of an issue, and I had to go to the front desk to get them to reset it once. Good price. Room was pretty dated but I don't mind that personally. Staff were helpful when needed

Everything about the stay was excellent. Mike is such a nice person and made the check-in and checkout seamless. The rooms are nice and big and the beds are very comfortable. Thank you Mike for keeping your hotels so comfortable and definitely clean! I will certainly be back.

Expensive if you break lease, 4000 dollars to leave 4 months early. I understand, plus additional charges, for blind cleaning so collect 4000 and charge for cleaning. It's an oilfield town and designed for oilfield nothing convenient, no garbage cans, nothing, washing machines break, outlets outside on outer termites are fake don't work fight for parking and block heaters. A very expensive and inconvenient place, internet sucks. Crave tv won't work on TV, due to buffering, the loop hole is you xan sign in with phone and get 20 mb per day, a very costly place, and they enjoy charging happily. , work man ship is poor, bed hard, not oilfield friendly!!!!! Do nit fall under landlord tenant act, which allows essentially buyer beware, and take advantage of people looking for accommodations for work. Looking to charge. All steps. Hold onto your money. Better off at hotels for the extra charge, vs this place no savings costs more than hotel less services,

Clean and affordable. Front staff was helpful and quick. Great location for coming or going from town. Bed and pillows were comfy. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that sheet on mattress was a regular sheet and didn’t have the elastic corners, causing sheet to come off.

I have been renting for about 3 months now. I love it here. The rooms are all newly renovated and there are nice ceiling and wall accents with a gas fireplace. Full size fridge and an oven sink and lots of cupboard space. Helpful management too. Great place for long term stay.

Terrible place to stay, no cable TV, internet is slow so watching TV on wifi from smart TV is always buffering, they only clean rooms once a week unless you pay an extra 18.99 per day to clean your room daily. No phone in the room to call front desk. Nothing at this place is convenient, unless your checking out they give you refund right away!

Seems like a good place to stay until staff change, morning lady was so nice and helpful, checkout was awful. I recommend anywhere else for that reason. Also charged more than they told me originally
