On January 31, 2025 I was in a minor car accident. I left a voice mail message for my insurance agent, Amanda Kellmann at Westminister Mutual. She called me after hours the same day, to make sure I was okay. Throughout the next week, she supported me and answered any questions that I may have regardng my vehicle and my claim. Then Tim Beckett, Claims Adjuster took over and within a week my claim was settled and I was able to move on. These two people are a testament to the amazing service you can get from your insurance company. Thank you to both of you. I couldn't have gone through it without your kindness and professionalism.
