Buyer beware. I booked a bus with "Wesley" or so he claims that's his name, two months prior to our trip date.

Prior to the trip, I called multiple times trying to confirm that he will show up the morning of, he never picked up.

I finally got hold of him the day before where he demanded that we pay in full prior to the trip. As he is hard to get hold of, I requested politely that he accept a deposit of half before and half the morning of. At that point he began using vulgar language and threatening.

We were left stranded, hours before our trip. Luckily I managed to get hold of a professional company that was cheaper, more courteous and saved our trip.

My suggestion, continue shopping around.

Update: "Wesley" has contacted me multiple times, threatening to take legal action in response to me posting this negative review. Additionally, he has tried to post multiple negative reviews about us in retaliation. This will not stop me from trying to help whomever is thinking of giving this person business. Coincidentally, the day I post this review, multiple 5 star reviews pop up.
