the room was clean and queit, with a stove and mini fridge. Our room was large and comfortable, a little bit of home away from home. Cheryl (owner) is friendly, charming and professional. Her son is kind and helpful and they both live on premise, keeping the guest safe and well looked afte. Her love of dogs and all things fury is an added bonus, as we had our cat and dog traveling with us. I will stay here again, and recommend to anyone who wants a friendly/family type stay to make the Wetaskiwin Motel a definite stop along their way!

new owners, same filthy rooms! the new owner is a rude closet drunk & the housekeeper wouldn't know clean if it slapped her in the face & she sells meth to boot!! I found someone's crusty socks in the blankets so they switched my 2 yrs old daughter & I to a different room & my kid woke up with bed bug bites from head to toe!! then when i confronted them with the bed bug wrapped in a tissue they offered to give us a free night in their dump.NOT.threw our pjs in the trash & went to the Super 8. absolutely disgusted, this place should be shut down!! nothing but drunks and drug dealers, cheap isn't always better & remember, you get what you pay for!

Exactly what i was looking for. I was hesitant to stop because of the bad reviews but am now glad I did. Clean rooms,inexpensive and easy to find. New beds and pillows. I asked why it was nothing like the reviews and found out they have new managers.

We were too scared to stay here and ended up going to Super 8. The place was trash, the non-smoking room reeked of smoke, and somebody tried asking us for Cocaine​ within 15 minutes of us being here.

Very unprofessional... guy was all drunk and was making excuses of bad throat coz he can hardly talk and was trying to be very personal... filthy room condition ...totally unsafe for family stay..we r glad that we did not stay there with our 5yrs old son.... Super8 hotel is the best

DO NOT GO HERE, EVER!
The lady who co-owns the place is trash, horrible to her customers. AVOID this place like the plague.
Also, she attempted to scam the customer on youtube by refusing to refund his money after swearing her fool head off at him.

It was awful. There was worms in the bed. Dirty and less then desirable people stay there. One star is being generous.

Wow. Just heard your promotional video on YouTube. Way to go lady, you're an absolute nut job. Definitely won't be staying here or recommending to anyone.
