For those that cant get in touch with this company, call the school board. That's one way of solving/ or trying to solve the issue. I've been calling all day. Nobody answers the phone. No one answers the extensions

The worst bus company I have ever experienced. They hired one of the worst bus drivers named Ronnie. If you ever get this man as your driver for your children highly request for a different driver. He doesn't know how to deal with speical needs children nor people. And for him to be driving them around and not handle them correctly is a huge problem and very scary. He cannot be trusted and this bus company has kept him for awhile. Thank God he's not driving anyone this year cause he's a danger.....

From the first visit to the Office Andrea greeted me and I knew from that moment I would like to be apart of this establishment. The Instructors are 1st Class and the rest of the team are great to work with. So far It’s been a great experience and I would recommend the Company and their services. Thanks again Andrea for all the support and help.
Update: I sadly had to leave this company after 1 month : Although I think this company is really doing a good service for our community , unfortunately the communication within the administration is so disfuncional . I can only write about what I experienced. Different Managers made private arrangements with me concerning salaries and parking the company vehicles at my Apartment Complex. After my first pay cheque and my first reimbursement payment for parking , I realized that they were not going to honor their verbal agreement. I am now in debt of $360 for 2 months of parking at my Apartment complex and short of money owed for my services. I have given them 2 weeks to make this misunderstanding correct but no response.
I urge the owner Jack Matrosov to investigate this matter and resolve this matter, it’s not about the money it’s about the integrity of your company. I wish this company all future success. I am just a proud Canadian retiree trying to continue serving Ontario.

WAT is awful. Bringing in foreign workers just off the boat to drive school buses. My child's bus has been late 3 days in a row by more than 1hr.
The driver asked one of the students on the bus if they could use their hot spot to access Google maps.
The backroom deal they have with SYSCO is putting our children at risk

Horrible company. They must have been the lowest bidder, and it shows. Driver was using his phone to look at GPS while driving a school bus full of kids, because surprise, surprise, they don't know the routes.

I cannot stress how terrible this company is. Every year it is the same issue. When you call them for an update you are being put on hold and later hung up. They never can provide any answers or solutions. Their customer service is abysmal and it is clear that they are not interested in helping their customers. It is an absolute disgrace. Poor management and no communication between drivers and agents. I have dealt with this for a very long time. Every time you try to reach the dispatcher they never return the call.
