Voyage Nanaimo - Tofino : Extrêmement déçu de la prestation ! Bus très sal et attente interminable au départ, sans personne pour nous informer. Nous avons attendu 1h à Bc ferry, à Nanaimo, et malgré nos demandes à des chauffeurs d'autres bus de la compagnie, 0 informations ! Pas plus par téléphone ! Apres 50 minutes d'attente, nouvelle question à un énième chauffeur de minibus de la compagnie. Nous lui demandons s'il peut avoir des informations de son côté car nous n'arrivons à joinde personne ; réponse : "i am not behind him".
Finalement, un grand bus arrive et le chauffeur, visiblement fatigué, ne nous répond pas lorsque nous lui demandons si celui-ci va bien à Tofino...nous aurons la réponse quelques minutes plus tard.
Entre deux, une maman, qui est arrivée
avec ce bus, avec ses 2 enfants, a loupé le ferry, de 3 minutes seulement ; 0 compassion de la part du chauffeur...
Pour conclure, payer 140 $Can est un vrai scandale pour cela ! Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie.
In English : travel from Nanaimo to Tofino. It was à desastre and I do not recommand this company. Being late can be acceptable if you have informations and human attitude. This was not the case. We, around 10 People, wait for 1 hour without informations from the company and from other bus drivers of this company. The rate is so high, 140$CAN for 2, that service had to be perfect. Morever, the bus was very dirty.
Will not take this company anymore, for sûre !

I decided to splurge on a spontaneous walk-on trip to Victoria and bought a ticket on the ferry.

$7.50 more than the city bus and worth it on the basis of comfort and speed.

A bit amateur-hour with how they sell tickets. The driver on the ferry offered me his personal phone into which I could put in my full credit card details. I’m not sure the credit card company would approve of such lax customer credit card security handling. I paid cash and got no receipt. I was told I’d be emailed the ticket. I was not. I boarded the bus and no one asked me for a ticket. I guess no need because the count was right.

Bus was noisy and sounded in need of servicing.

I recently used reservations on "The Connector" between Victoria and Vancouver as part of a more extensive travel plan. Because of circumstances beyond my control, I missed the bus in Vancouver on the return trip. I contacted Wilson's as soon as I was able. The agent honoured my reservation on the next bus. Thanks for this extra consideration! I recommend Wilson's for highly reliable travel service between Vancouver Island and the Mainland.

DO NOT USE THIS BUS SERVICE.

I booked 2 adult tickets from Vancouver Airport to Victoria back in June 2024 and when discovering that a friend could collect me instead, I requested to cancel the tickets which I did within the companies allocated time frame to cancel. The company did indeed give me a refund but only for 1 of the tickets and not both. When asking why this was the case, they told me that 1 of the tickets was redeemed which was impossible. When providing evidence that this was impossible, the company has just ignored all of my emails and kept my money.

Not only has this bus company scammed me, there customer service team is ignoring me despite clear evidence that no tickets were used.

Terrible bus drivers, couldn't fit on Rockland Ave so he drove into oncoming traffic forcing the cars to stop suddenly. Bus driver should wait until it is safe instead of trying to ram his way through and being impatient, making a rude gesture at the same time. Senseless reckless driving. Sept 25 6pm.

BC Ferries Connector Route
Decided to try out this service from Victoria to Vancouver to see a hockey game. Top notch experience! Our driver was polite and informative. The schedule heading over was on time . Coming back the next day was a little over an hour longer due to the BC Ferries schedule running behind. We took advantage of one of the early stops to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend this service if you’re looking for a safe and comfortable ride to the mainland.
