They deserve 10 stars! Over the 40 years of our travels to different parts of the world Winchester Travel never disappointed - Always there to help and a phone call away in an emergency. They are always friendly, helpful and efficient and generous with their time. Today, Niki and Owen spent a good hour with me sorting out details and printing out information and installing an app on my phone. And this, for a short 4 day trip our first one since Covid! Thank you Owen and Niki. You will always be our go to travel agency.

We had a horrible experience booking a destination wedding through Winchester Travel. I truly wish I had gone through the airline directly or elsewhere. 50 of our 60 guests booked through Winchester Travel and they made the entire process so unnecessarily painful.
Owen lacks basic customer service skills, is extremely arrogant and seems to have a true disrespect for women. This was by far the worst customer experience I've had in my life. He couldn't be bothered to answer any emails and was rude to countless guests who were just trying to book for our wedding. When our guests didn’t receive responses to emails for weeks on end, they would call to follow up and be HUNG UP ON.
We tried to book a group excursion through him, he told us to wait and book when we get there, clearly because he was too lazy to do it. We were told by the hotel on arrival that we were entitled to group dinner reservations that our travel agent could have booked ahead of time, of course this was never done.
The biggest issue is that a number of us were told a price for a certain upgrade (adults only section of a resort), so we decided it was worth it and we paid it. Then a few days before the trip we got our itineraries and noticed he had actually booked us in the upgraded family section of the resort!! We were forced to stay in this section and Winchester travel would not refund anyone that paid for the upgrade!!
I hope that this review serves as a warning for anyone considering booking a large group or wedding through Winchester Travel. Save yourself the pain and suffering and just go elsewhere!!!

This is very unfortunate. Friends of mine had booked a trip in a group. He was hurt and couldn't travel. Ticket None Refundable. Contacting this travel agency, trying to switch a ticket in my name. (Possible to do on Sunwing website with no penalty) The Customer service rep was unwilling to do so. Blaming TSA. And hotel booking. But if I wanted to pay full price. She would gladly book me for the same trip. Hence double dipping. Very unsatisfied service. Don't use this people!! And unfortunately even with the "reply from owner". This is not the case. Sunwing would and is willing to make the change. As the Winchester rep at location is not willing to. Unless of course full price is paid. Honestly it's a joke!!!

I called to enquire about booking a vacation and was told they were so ‘crazy busy’ that I should email instead and they’d get to me when they could. I asked if it would be easier if called somewhere less busy and was unceremoniously hung up on. Too busy for basic customer service, I guess.
