Mostly clean. The staff are friendly. A savior during harsh weather. A place where you can relax and wait for the bus.

The only reason I go here is to reload my monthly bus card as there is no place on the east end to do so. Hopefully, the new bus depot being built in East windsor will have facilities to do this. After all, there are several bus routes that intersect there ( currently at tecumseh mall) , so being able to reload or purchase a bus card there makes sense. Also, there is frequently no line when I go to reload my bus card, but the person doing the bus cards is often talking to a co worker and does not notice me standing there unless I say something after 2 or 3 minutes of waiting to be noticed.

I use the Windsor International Transit Centre every month.

The centre has clean washrooms and security with lots of seating.

This is the location to obtain the transit pass - you can take your picture and reload the pass as needed.

It’s 8AM and the temperature feels like -3 at the moment. The operator came in with bus number 4. Instead of giving us just 1/2 mins to get in. He closed the door and left.

I request the transit windsor authority to hire some humane operators instead of the one I saw.

The so called “customer service agents” there can be replaced with cheap kiosks so fast

Unfortunately, there are too many delays, impacting who needs the service to go to work.

Worst experience ever with a public transportation. Yesterday at 8 am I was standing at riverside at hall avenue waiting for number 8 bus towards transit terminal, the driver saw me standing there but he didn’t stop. Very shameful and racial discrimination act by the driver, because of them I got late for work and got a warning. The driver got his job but didn’t do his job properly and for that I had to pay. It was so cold yesterday at -4 celcius, and I was standing for 10 minutes because sometimes the bus comes early and what I got was utter humiliation by that driver. Very shameful for that driver and the windsor transit terminal and the government.
