the room was comfy and warm. the staff were immaculate. very good with cleaning, customer service, and making sure everyone was enjoying their stay. the pool room was very well taken care of. the exercise room was always clean. the breakfast was tasty and delicious every morning. overall amazing experience and i hope to stay again. this hotel will always be my first choice.

Had a terrible experience here! Came from out of town and lost my credit card so having a very hard time finding rooms. I explained this at the beginning of my stay and was told it was fine but after being there 13 days was asked to leave for no reason other then I don’t have a credit card. When I talked to the manager to try and get an explanation he was very rude . Not to mention the amount of noise that goes on in the hallway at night and one of the employees is also very rude and argumentative. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent service from staff. Special shout out to ron. Always willing to help in any way possible. Lobby is very clean and welcoming. Staff goes out of there way to accommodate special requests within reason. My kids absolutely love the pool. Overall amazing experience.

Great hotel for families. We’ve stayed here a couple of times. Convenient location. Clean, quiet, full buffet breakfast, fun pool, water slide and hot tub. Gym has good quality treadmill, elliptical and weights but universal needs fixing.

Not in good condition, I wouldn't recommend.

Jacuzzi/Shower were decent.

Small TV's. Everything is tied down and beat up. this should indicate the type of clientele.

Cleaners yelling up and down hallways all morning from like 09:00. I guess no one is allowed to sleep in and the DND on the door is meaningless.

We celebrated our christmas party at this hotel and all I could say is that my experience here is amazing! The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The room is also spacious and neat! Most especially the food are so good. All in all I am very satisfied and happy
