Our unit was perfect with a beautiful view of Fisherman’s Wharf! We were close to everything and took advantage of the gym on the property. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but many others did. The unit was large enough for three individual women to share comfortably. The Murphy bed was very comfortable.

This place is amazing. The location itself is so central to Downtown Victoria. Fishermans Wharf is literally right next door to the left. We have a water taxi pickup right next door to the right. There is a fabulous hotel with a great restaurant/bar next door.

The good- great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Enough amenities to get you through a vacation without having to go out for every meal. Great balcony that overlooks the bay and all sorts of activity. Super fun to people watch from above.

The bad - if you're in the blue building, the sun is right in your face as soon as the sun comes up. Which means -- ITS HOT if you're in the room with the balcony. There is no AC, so you are relying on box fans and wind (if there is any) coming from your patio door. So if you like a dark, cool room to sleep in, pick the inside room facing West.
It would also be very helpful if there was a window or something at the front door. That would help IMMENSELY with the temperature in the rooms in the am. Help move some cool air from outside to cool down the rooms.
Also, our patio door locking mechanisms/pins weren't working properly. There should be the ability to leave your patio door ajar to let air in. Ours were not working, so I had to improvise. I sacrificed a pair of chop sticks that I brought from home. Super ghetto but effective 👌

Overall, a great place to stay. Very walkable location to everything. Or take a water taxi. Super fun being out on the water!

This is really lovely! The views from the room are spectacular. There's a nice pool, and our room has a hot tub on the balcony, in addition to a BBQ grill. Very nice inside with a good kitchen and a fireplace. Walking distance to food places and so much more.

Location was 15 min. to walk downtown and less than 5 min. From fisherman’s wharf. Beautiful view of the harbour. There was a pool and hotub. I would definately stay here again

Location is reasonable.

Avoid rooms down near the spa and pool level, they are eye level, people stare straight into your room and if you’re lucky they will play music until it closes around 10pm.

Management won’t let you change, be careful of special prices as this is where they will dump you.

This place was stellar! The views are amazing, the proximity to the wharf is great, and there's a cove in which two sea otters live and in which many water birds visit. The staff is super kind, the Jacuzzi worked very well, parking was easy, and it's walkable to so much of Victoria. I highly recommend it!
