Was stuck on side of road & needed a cab to get me to work, called & a man answered, asked if I could get a taxi & he just says no. I said what, he said no again & I hung up. How can you operate a taxi business but not provide a taxi at 7 am.

I called for a taxi. They said 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called and asked where they were. The person who answered said they sent a cab to the address, and it was wrong address after he read it back to me. I told them I've been standing outside the whole time, I have a broken leg and they told me I wasn't getting a ride. So they had poor customer service, couldn't get the address right and left a cripple stranded. Never use this taxi.

Taxi kept lying. It took over an hour to come and he claimed he went to the wrong location. Smirked when I confronted him on picking up other fares and stringing us along.

The taxi's are always late, even if you call ahead of time. The dispatcher is very unprofessional. Worst Taxi service in Leamington.

Called for the taxi, I was told 15 minutes and the cab took 35 minutes.

I had the same problem, I called 1 hour ahead of time, taxi came 30 minutes late and dispatcher answered my call like I asked him for a free ride.
