Disappointed. Expensive. It was for the Dino train. The show unrelated to dinosaurs.

Great place for families!!! We loved it although it would be better if you got on the train and went somewhere. Instead you are at the north pole and then you go on a train ride to nowhere. Not really a big deal. There’s music, drummers, pictures with Olaf. Most of the stalls are selling stuff. On the train you meet princesses, Santa, the Grinch, many elves and they give you a good portion of cookies and a small chocolate milk. My niece loved it here and was especially pleased with the light up hot chocolate cup (refillable for about $13). She keeps asking to go back.

We came here for the North Pole Experience as a family of three. We did not enjoy the experience at all. The train ride is 15-20 minutes south and then it reverses back to the station. There is no stop. There are very limited food options on site, which is unacceptable especially given that outside food is not permitted. We do not recommend this experience at $200. Save your money and go to Wonderland. Go read the other reviews and see that I'm not the only one. Huge disappointment!

This was cute but it really wasn’t worth the price of admission.

Unfortunately it was a rainy day but the outdoor stuff was still open. The prices for souvenirs were marked at one price but we paid far less than marked (which we were happy about).

I was sure for the $400+ I spent for 5 adults, 1 child & 1 child on lap, there was supposed to be a show onboard (there wasn’t) but Elsa, Anna, The Grinch & Santa did make an appearance and stopped briefly at each table and chatted with the kids.

Myself and people at other tables also thought there was supposed to be a show.

There was a small singing group on the grounds prior to boarding, concession stands to but popcorn, hot chocolate, butter tarts and alcohol.

The face painter wasn’t available but a young staff member did paint a Christmas tree on my granddaughter’s face for her.

We did not receive the certificate like we were supposed to.

I also “assumed” there would have been Christmas lights along the route, outside, but you know what happens when you assume.

I was so excited about the excursions with my fans very disappointed for the price we paid.

I went on the train ride in Saturday morning. The trains are nicely decorated. We took great pictures. The kids got to meet santa claus, ancouple of elves and cindy lou who from the grinch.

They had cookies and chocolate milk when on the train. The ride is beautiful. Looking out the window there were lots of trees with snow.

There are lots of things to do there. Once we got off the train we went into a booth that frozen themed. Ana and Elsa greeted the kids. They read from a book and sang songs. Their voices were amazing!!!

They had a stage with girls singing All I Want for Christmas. These girls were young and sounded great. There were tents with sourvenirs, and treats.

My favourite thing about this experience was the free trolly. It stole the show for me. They put on christmas songs and had everyone singing. We went through a neighborhood that had so many Santas on their front lawn. The owners were great!

They have Santas office. The kids got to send santa a letter!

I didnt tKe pics of everything but ive attached a few.

Was a great experience, and would definitely go again, we went on the best package available on December 8th from 7-9 pm, I must say it was well done, but I did notice differences from what would happen when you bought tickets to the email I received the day we would go, we drove 3 hours to get there, it looked and offered way more in my opinion then our local rail themed event did, a few put offs was pricing at the vendors, there was items there that were 700 + taxes , after checking in my granddaughter got just two items that totaled 55 bucks, there was a good offering of food, great entertainment, unique items from the polar express I highly doubt you'd find anywhere else, they had outdoor firepits you could sit by and eat or just warm up! There was a train car that hosted MS Claus, which was awesome, this lady was purely outstanding in her role , the life she brought to character was immense , she had my granddaughter reading books and singing carols, and gave her a certificate as a conductor for the train! They had live drummers marching around, they had a large tent with performers that were very interactive with everybody, they had a dance stage with a performing band and gingerbread dancers, there was surprise characters we didn't expect, and the train ride was awesome, I won't say who all was it on and what happens but the look and the fun my granddaughter had on her face was worth everything to me! Now as I myself is a person that puts together and organizes and runs large events for people there was a few things I think could be improved upon, we were lining up at train waiting area, there was way to much going on, the tent to our right just blasts music which I'm cool with, I also DJ, but when the train is unloading it seems a second sound system try to grab your attention with the classic polar express music, it's severely drowned out by the tent, and really ruins the effect, I think when that portion is happening the tent people could temporarily pause they're stuff so you can hear the other things going on, not only that but the marching drummers are right behind you drumming away, the tent is overpowering to your right and there is a person trying to explain how to line up to board your train car but yet you can't hear a word he's saying and people are struggling to ask this guy what's going on and what he said! One more thing I'd like to suggest, our local Christmas train ride , when they get to the opposite end they actually have an outdoor area you view from the train with fake buildings and live actors that wave , on this journey it's just pure darkness and you se nothing at night anywhere, I think if they were allowed and if funds existed this would be something they could easily build and set up and tear down easily in sections, would just add that missing touch! I also must add, the wagon ride while short, is cool as hell, and the man and the lady who gave us a VIP tour on they really old trolley through town, simply amazing and outgoing people, we saw Santa and MS Claus (real people) in store fronts, houses with identical Santa's on every lawn, tons of lit up display houses! If I didn't live so far, I'd love to volunteer here and give my time to growing this event and make it larger over time! It's very much worth the price but the vendors will make you broke in no time! I feel bad even giving some negative response here but if I can't be honest, I can't be anything! Job well done to all who volunteer and work here! Very very well done and you should be proud!!! We will definitely be back!!

2022 and previous years this attraction was pretty good with 4 stars. 2023 it was the opposite, pretty bad. Train ride was reduced by half (1h against 30min); no milk and cookies; no Mrs Claus; no stories on the train; pretty expensive for the offerings $50+ per person... just to take some pictures
