Hosted a big Montreal trip for 200+ students from York University using YTI charter as the means of transportation. It has truly been a pleasure to work with them. All students loved how charismatic the bus drivers are. Big shout out to Ashwin, Sean, Shankar, Amal, and Jey for making our trip transportation seamless for our big trip.

I recently booked transportation with YTI Charter (last minute) for a conference that several of our employees were attending. Rebon was extremely quick to respond to my request for a quote and to answer all my questions. We were booked in no time. Our team members provided great feedback about their driver, Kaja who was friendly and on time for all pick-ups and drop-offs. I look forward to working with YTI Charter again.

We rented a bus to take some customers on an 18 hour (both ways) trip. We spoke to the customer service group and they assured us that we would be getting a new bus (quote "we do not have any busses older than 2017"). The bus was a 2012. It was old. They tires were completely bald on the outside tread. The interior was not cleaned. The air conditioning was not working. We were all noticeably sweating. The "bathroom" was more of a porta potty than it was an actual functioning bathroom. It was blowing hot air out of the toilet. The porta potty literally had steam on the seat and the walls. And, the sanitation station on the wall was empty.

The only reason I am giving a 2 star review is because the two drivers were fantastic. They did the best with what they were given. They were professional, on time, and communicative.

When I called customer service to complain he did not take any accountability for his comments. He rush me off the phone but did agree to follow up with his bosses. I will update the rating if I receive a reply from the company.

I have changed my review to a 3 star because the made the attempt to resolve the issue quickly and without much hassle. I was not satisfied with the resolution. They did not do much considering what we paid but at least they did not give me the runaround. That being said, I have not actually received compensation yet. I will update when if I receive compensation.

Our bus driver Shan was friendly and great. We had a trip to and from Ottawa and the bus was in good condition.

We used YTI for two trips over the last few weeks for a baseball team traveling through the USA to play against different colleges. Everything was perfect. The drivers were courteous and accommodating and the bus was in fantastic condition.

We're looking forward to using YTI again in the future.

we charted the bus to go to paramount montebello Quebec , great driver , he had no problem with the directions , would recomend this bus charter company to all , will be calling them again for our next trip

our overall experience with YTI charter was excellent !
the 27 seater Coach was clean and comfortable. The staff Vaasini and Rebon were very efficient, and the driver Kannah was fantastic!
As part of our reunion celebrations was a daytrip to Niagara Falls we had a very memorable time. Thank you YTI charter.
