Located in a quiet and idylllic park setting, this lovely old Victorian home, lovingly restored and maintained, was the perfect 'home away from home' for my partner and me so we could attend the evening performance at the Victoria Playhouse Petrolia. Just a five-minute walk to the Theatre and the lovely downtown area I would definitely come back again-even just to enjoy a serene getaway. Hosts Yvette and Brent were gracious, informative and friendly yet offered much space and privacy. Rooms were clean pleasant with all the amenites. A 'beverage room' was available for water, tea and coffee. A 'TV room' and 'sitting room' were available on the main floor as well as access to the large and lovely front porch with a pleasant park view.
Visitors would need to be comfortable walking up several flights of stairs. Hosts graciously respond to nutritional requests and the breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend.

February 3 2024.Iris and I were very pleased with our stay .Very good location. We loved sitting
at the dinningroom table which your husband made from a tree that once stood in your yard. Enjoyed the talk over an amazing breakfast and coffee from Costa Rico. We highly recommend this is a place to go. Hope to return. Wishing you all the best.

My husband and I were visiting family for 7 days in October and found Yvette's B&B online. Loved the "Welcome to Yvette's B&B" sign in front of this gorgeous old home. The home is stunning and well-maintained and each room is beautifully decorated. We loved the super fluffy towels so much we asked where to buy them! There is a room on the 2nd floor (where the bedrooms are) with mugs, glasses, water, coffee & tea etc. which we thought was a nice touch. Most importantly, Yvette and Brent (her husband) were truly wonderful! Both were so friendly and welcoming, we felt like we were staying with good friends. We can't say enough about the incredibly delicious breakfasts. We will definitely stay with Yvette whenever we're in Petrolia!

We love this BnB and have been back a couple of times this summer. Yvette is a gracious host and her full breakfasts are worth looking forward to. Each room is nicely appointed and comfortable. bathrooms are "in-room" and we really enjoyed the claw foot tub in the queen suite. The place is so peaceful and we enjoyed sitting on the veranda reading and listening to the birds. There is a seperate tv room with extremely comfortable leather furniture and a big screen tv. Yvette is always there when you need her. A first class experience and stay.

Stayed here with my son for a hockey tournament. Very warm, comfy room. Yvette is amazing, breakfast was unreal. Treated like kings - whole stay was so easy and relaxing. Recommend to all!!!

My husband stayed here when it belonged to the Tully's and now it's back as a B&B. Yvette has taken it over with a bit of a lull from the previous owners. She is very entertaining and a very gracious host. The breakfasts were amazing as was the hospitality! The rooms have everything you need and you are in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Petrolia. It's a short walk to downtown and a pleasant place to spend the afternoon or evening on her beautiful veranda! All the best to Yvette!

The 120+ the year-old Victorian historical beautiful building is very quaint and lovely. The location is good. You can stroll downtown from here. There are amazing shops such as a brewery, a chocolate shop, and bakery...something like that. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the clawfoot tub with bubble bath soap. Breakfast is awesome. The owner Yvette is very friendly and kind. That made me relax. I highly recommend it. I will come back again.

Beautiful house. Cozy room and cute ensuite. Comfy bed. Delicious breakfasts cooked by very friendly hosts. Yvette and Brent also provided us with a lot of this beautiful town's history. Easy walking distance to EVERYTHING! We will return. Highly recommend.
