First of all, I’m shocked Rachel only has two reviews!!! The two reviews are “spot on.” Rachel made me feel as though I was her only client and I know that’s not the case. She was quick to respond and provide advice, regardless of the time…and late at night and on weekends, no less.

Last Fall, Rachel booked a trip for us to Portugal. The 3-week trip looked fantastic! Unfortunately, we had to cancel at the last minute due to a surgery. She worked hard to get as much of our hard-earned dollars back. Very difficult indeed. We’re saving that trip for next year.

For something different (and easier on my body), we decided on a river cruise (Sept 29-Oct14/25). Rachel did not disappoint!! She had a recent cancellation on the Scenic River Cruise on the Danube from Prague to Budapest. With the exception of one BIG flight hiccup, our trip was perfection. From our hotel in Prague to the ship, everything was smooth perfection. The river cruise was exquisite, which I’ll review separately on Scenic.

Rachel also encouraged us to stay at a different place in Budapest vs what Scenic would offer. The price difference, she claimed to be nominal from the norm, would be a great experience. I’ve got to say, it was a beautiful hotel— the Matild Palace — and perfectly located.

I can’t say enough about Rachel’s determination detail. She insures every experience will be stellar.

Please folks—post your reviews—this is her livelihood and she takes great care to ensure your happiness.

We’ll definitely be dealing with Rachel again and referring her to our friends.
